Als directie en de enige werknemers van Villa Lafage, zijn wij ons ervan bewust dat iedereen die persoonsgegevens aan ons toevertrouwt, recht heeft op een maximale bescherming van zijn/haar privacy.
Hoe verkrijgen wij de contactgegevens
Wij verkrijgen de persoonsgegevens uitsluitend doordat iemand interesse getoond heeft in Villa Lafage. Doordat ze bij ons te gast geweest zijn of een aanvraag daarvoor hebben ingediend. De persoonsgegevens zijn aldus uit eigen beweging aan ons gegeven. Wij kopen noch verkopen persoonsgegevens van derden en gebruiken geen cookies.
Gebruik van de contactgegevens
Wij gebruiken de persoonsgegevens (email adressen) voor het verzenden van onze nieuwsbrief en om per email specifieke informatie over Villa Lafage te delen met mensen die aangegeven hebben hierin interesse te hebben.
Uitschrijven
Begin juni 2018 hebben wij aan de contacten in ons bestand een nieuwsbrief gestuurd waarin wij toestemming gevraagd hebben om de email adressen te mogen behouden. In deze nieuwsbrief hebben we aangegeven dat als men uitgeschreven wil worden, dat kan door een email te sturen aan info@villalafage.eu met als onderwerp ‘uitschrijven’. Het email adres wordt dan verwijderd. Deze mogelijkheid zal altijd aangeboden worden, ook in toekomstige nieuwsbrieven.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden Villa Lafage
• Annulering tot 20 weken voor aankomst: 25% van de aanbetaling wordt teruggestort.
• Annulering tot 8 weken voor aankomst: de aanbetaling wordt niet teruggestort.
• Annulering binnen 8 weken voor aankomst: het hele huurbedrag is verschuldigd.
Mocht deze reservering niet door kunnen gaan wegens een negatief reisadvies voor Frankrijk door COVID-19 op de vertrekdatum, dan mag de reservering kosteloos worden verplaatst naar een later tijdstip.
We raden je aan zelf een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten.

As a management and the only employees of Villa Lafage, we are aware that everyone who entrusts us with personal data is entitled to maximum protection of his / her privacy.
How do we obtain the contact details
We obtain the personal data only because someone has shown interest in Villa Lafage. Because they have been our guest or have submitted an application for this. The personal data are thus given to us on (potential) clients’ own initiative. We neither buy nor sell personal data from third parties and do not use cookies.
Use of the contact details
We use the personal data (email addresses) for sending our newsletter and to share specific information about Villa Lafage by email with people who have indicated that they are interested.
Unsubscribe
At the beginning of June 2018 we sent a newsletter to the contacts in our database in which we asked permission to keep the email addresses. In this newsletter we have indicated that if you want to be unsubscribed, you can do so by sending an email to info@villalafage.eu with the subject ‘unsubscribe’. The email address will then be deleted. This possibility will always be offered, also in future newsletters.

Cancellation conditions Villa Lafage
• Cancellation up to 20 weeks before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded.
• Cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival: the entire rental amount is due.
If this reservation cannot go through due to a negative travel advice for France due to COVID-19 on the departure date, the reservation may be moved to a later time free of charge.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance yourself.
