The Villa has a nice cool and calm atmosfere. The living has a comfortable lounge sofa and fireplace. TV with Chromecast and free WiFi. The large kitchen is fully equipped. And great cooking is easy on the FALCON 6-burner gas stove with 2 ovens and a grill. Enjoy your supper in the spacious kitchen or outside on the large terrace.

The super-deluxe swimming pool is 6 x 12 meters and completely fenced for safety reasons. You can relax and catch some sun on the poolside, while the kids enjoy themselves on the playground with their new friends.
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe closet. Attached to a deluxe bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bath. We love our designer taps from Phillip Starck.
The open staircase leads to the 1st floor with playroom for the kids. Behind the magnificent temple doors is a bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and double washbasins. One bedroom has a double bed for the adults. And 2 more bedrooms have single beds which sleep 3 children each.
The comfortable lounge area is the ideal spot to watch the sunset with your loved ones. Or enjoy a glass of good wine with dear friends.

The price for the Villa is based on a weekly rate and includes reservation fees, bed linen, towels, service costs (gas, water, and electricity), and final cleaning. Tourist tax is €1.05 per adult per night, payable locally. Baby cots and high chairs are available at no extra charge. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, and we charge an additional €50 for pets.
